By accessing or using the Sell it Fast Worldwide website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. User Account and Responsibility
- Account: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Your account is created via Google Login, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
- Ad Accuracy: You agree that all information you submit in your ads—including price, description, images, and WhatsApp number—is accurate, complete, and truthful.
- Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your buying, selling, and posting activities comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws in the country you select.
2. Prohibited Content and Items
You may not post ads for, or attempt to sell, any of the following:
- Illegal drugs, weapons, or any dangerous goods.
- Stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
- Ads that are discriminatory, defamatory, or promote hate speech.
- Duplicate ads across multiple countries unless the item is genuinely available for delivery/transfer in all listed regions.
3. Intellectual Property and Content License
You retain all ownership rights to the content (text, images) you submit to Sell it Fast. However, by submitting content, you grant Sell it Fast a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content on the Service for the purpose of promoting your ads and the Service.
4. Disclaimer of Liability (Platform as a Venue)
Sell it Fast is a venue only. We do not verify or endorse any listings, nor do we participate in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality of the items, or the accuracy of the listings. The transaction is solely at the risk of the buyer and seller. (See also: Disclaimer Page).
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
