سروس کا استعمال
'Sell it Fast' استعمال کرنے سے، آپ ان تمام شرائط و ضوابط پر عمل کرنے سے اتفاق کرتے ہیں۔ اگر آپ ان شرائط سے متفق نہیں ہیں، تو آپ کو پلیٹ فارم استعمال کرنے کی اجازت نہیں ہے۔
صارفین کے ضوابط (User Conduct):
- آپ جو بھی اشتہار پوسٹ کریں گے وہ مکمل طور پر سچا اور درست ہو گا۔
- غیر قانونی، ممنوعہ (Prohibited) یا اخلاقی طور پر غلط اشیاء کا اشتہار پوسٹ نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔
- چیٹ سروس کو صرف اشتہار سے متعلق سوالات اور لین دین کی بات چیت کے لیے استعمال کیا جائے گا۔
- کسی بھی صارف کو ہراساں یا دھمکایا نہیں جائے گا۔
English Translation (Use of Service):
By using 'Sell it Fast', you agree to abide by all these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
User Conduct:
- Any ad you post must be completely true and accurate.
- Illegal, prohibited, or morally offensive items cannot be advertised.
- The chat service must only be used for questions related to the ad and transaction discussions.
- No user shall be harassed or threatened.
مارکیٹ پلیس کا کردار اور ذمہ داری سے دستبرداری
'Sell it Fast' صرف ایک آن لائن مارکیٹ پلیس ہے جو خریداروں اور بیچنے والوں کو جوڑتی ہے۔ ہم خود کوئی بھی پروڈکٹ فروخت نہیں کرتے اور نہ ہی کسی لین دین کے فریق ہوتے ہیں۔
- لین دین کی ذمہ داری: تمام لین دین کی ذمہ داری مکمل طور پر خریدار اور بیچنے والے پر عائد ہوتی ہے۔
- پروڈکٹ کی ضمانت: ہم اشتہارات میں درج کسی بھی پروڈکٹ کے معیار، صحت یا قانونی حیثیت کی کوئی ضمانت یا وارنٹی نہیں دیتے ہیں۔
- نقصانات: پلیٹ فارم کے استعمال سے ہونے والے کسی بھی براہ راست یا بالواسطہ نقصان کے لیے 'Sell it Fast' ذمہ دار نہیں ہو گا۔

'Sell it Fast' is merely an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not sell any products ourselves nor are we a party to any transaction.
- Transaction Responsibility: Responsibility for all transactions lies entirely with the buyer and the seller.
- Product Guarantee: We do not offer any guarantee or warranty regarding the quality, condition, or legality of any product listed in the ads.
- Damages: 'Sell it Fast' will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the platform.
اشتہار کو ہٹانے کا حق
'Sell it Fast' کو یہ حق حاصل ہے کہ وہ کسی بھی وقت اور بغیر کسی اطلاع کے کسی بھی اشتہار کو ہٹا دے یا کسی بھی صارف کی سروس تک رسائی کو روک دے، خاص طور پر اگر:
- شرائط و ضوابط کی خلاف ورزی کی گئی ہو۔
- اشتہار دھوکہ دہی پر مبنی ہو یا غلط معلومات پر مشتمل ہو۔
- قانون کی خلاف ورزی کی گئی ہو۔
English Translation (Right to Remove Ads):
'Sell it Fast' reserves the right to remove any ad or restrict any user's access to the service at any time and without prior notice, especially if:
- The Terms and Conditions have been violated.
- The ad is fraudulent or contains false information.
- The law has been violated.
